Whilst Rich Arts have made plush of some of the world’s most loved children’s characters, we are happy to create new bespoke toys to fit any requirement.
Once an order is confirmed a dedicated team will manage every aspect. A single point of contact will oversee every aspect and be your representative all the way through the process.
Whilst we will aim to fit in with your needs and schedules, we will advise as to realistic timelines, given an order complexity and size, as early as possible to ensure all deadlines are understood.
Sampling is a vital part of any plush manufacturing process. We will never start manufacturing until an agreed sample is developed – no matter how many versions are needed!
